David C. Olcott is the founder and CEO of Samurai Success, Inc. He
has more than 15 years of professional business and personal coaching
experience and he is master certified in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic
Programming). David is a nationally known motivational speaker and
lecturer; and has coached individuals and organizations throughout the
United States and Hong Kong. He is the former #1 national trainer for
Anthony Robbins. His professional business experience includes
serving as the business manager to the #1 selling real estate agent in the
world and as the youngest chief of staff in the Florida State Senate. He
also served as the campaign manager and legislative aide to the
youngest woman ever elected to Florida's House of Representatives.

Paul Lirette is Executive Director, Program Development for
Samurai Success, Inc. He has more than 17 years of diverse
professional experience in such areas as political relations,
marketing, human resources and publicity.

His career has blended leadership roles in the business world with
an extensive performing arts background. This mix has bred unique
approach to both that has maintained his sanity.

A graduate of the famed Second City Improv Conservatory and
member of the Screen Actors Guild, he co-founded the Prank
Monkeys and Nothing Consensual sketch troupes in Los Angeles
and has written and performed in numerous shows. He has also
appeared in several TV shows and films including "Days of our
Lives," "Holy Man" and the "The Versace Murders."
